Loudoun County Real Estate Search, 2026 Assessments, PIN Records & Property Taxes
A Loudoun County property assessor search starts with the Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue. Virginia calls the elected chief assessment officer the Commissioner of the Revenue, and Robert S. Wertz Jr. currently holds that office in Loudoun County.
The county’s Real Estate Information Site lets you search parcels by property address, 12-digit Parcel ID/PIN and Tax Map Number. From the property record you can review ownership and deed references, legal description, sales, assessment history, house characteristics and links into Loudoun GIS.
