User-help screenshot reference from the existing Lee County Property Appraiser post. Use the official LEEPA search page for live records.
Open official search. Click Lee County Property Data Search.
Pick the best input. Use owner name for ownership lookup, site address for normal search, postal code for area narrowing, STRAP for exact parcel or Folio ID when you already have it.
Search short first. If the address fails, remove apartment/unit, direction, suffix and punctuation. Try only street number and main street name.
Confirm the match. Compare owner, site address, mailing address, STRAP, Folio ID, property use, sales date and land/building details.
Save identifiers. Copy STRAP and Folio ID before using GeoView, tax payment, homestead filing, TRIM or VAB pages.
